cancellation and refund policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy prior to registering for the Family Leadership Summit 2026.

• Full Refund Eligible: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the summit (prior to May 9, 2026) are eligible for a full refund.

• No Refunds: Cancellations made within 30 days of the summit (May 9, 2026 and after) are not eligible for a refund. Please note that outstanding registration balances remain due regardless of attendance.

• Registration Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend within the 30-day window, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague or substitute attendee at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a transfer.
